So now Come into lunges position one leg forward ➡ an one leg back 🔙 keep your hand ✋ at the weast from belly down 👇 and slowly lean your back normal straight chest up an still now go forward and do this 3 sets in 12 repetion I mean 12 repetion in one seat you can do this exercise at the home by your Self body I hope you understand this it a very beneficial exercise please do this
